Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges: It is our responsibility to deliver the most trendy, stylish, innovative, and flawless product to our customers. But if the ordered product is damaged or ripped, In that case, your product may be eligible for replacement or refund depending on the condition and category of the product. If the courier packing box or outer packing sheet is damaged after delivery and the inner product is perfect, In that case, we don't accept returns or refunds.

We always process your orders to your selected size. But if it is not according to your size, contact our customer service team within 7 days. We will exchange your item with the same seller. In that case, we will issue a refund, If the product is not available from the same seller.

we will not return or exchange any product after 30 days. You must check your measurements carefully before placing an order. If the color is different from the online image, send us a few pictures of your ordered product within (7) days.

Color / Image Disclaimer:

We will exchange it or refund the cash only if your ordered color is not available. If you ordered the product for trial purposes, then no return or refund will be issued. Any request for order cancellation will be issued, as per the conditions mentioned below.

  • Return product without the Original Receipt Will Not Be Accepted
  • Products without the Packing Slip Or Order Confirmation Email Will Not Be Accepted.
  • Clearance Items, And All Final Sale Items And Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged.
  • Items must be sent back within 07 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.
  • Bodysuits, and swimwear, are not available to refund
  • The return process takes 5-7 business days after your items are delivered.
  • If a customer wants to cancel an order then inform us within 24 hours we'll back to 100% amount. 
  • we are not responsible, if in case of courier packing damage.
  • After the order process, if a customer wants to cancel the order after 24 hours of processing then 20% will deduction the total order amount.

Incorrect, Damaged, and defective items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please fill out our Online Return Assistance Form for better assistance before returning.

MJacket.com reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sales or Exchanges and Returns items.

Be prepared to provide the following pieces of information:

1) Your order number.

2) The reason for the return.

3) The refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

If your returned item does not meet our Quality Check criteria, then we will call you and explain the issue and send the product back to you.

We will refund that you paid for the goods taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the product. Any delivery charges will not include in refund which you have paid. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items using a courier or other postal method.

The money will be refunded to you in the same way you used to purchase the items.

How can I cancel my order?

We can not attempt to cancel your order before delivery. But you have the option to return the unworn items within 28 days of receiving the order.
